The Challenge
When field sales teams don’t have the tools they need, quarterly earnings suffer, especially when the products they’re selling are complex. Franklin enlisted Forix to devise and implement a solution that could universally equip sales, distributors and customers with the ability to access critical information whether online or offline.
The Solution
The Forix team developed a custom product discovery and quoting system utilizing Magento, native Apple and Android apps, and an integration with Franklin’s APIs so all quotes and information were accessible in real-time.
